Governance & Structure
The Port St Johns Development Agency operates as a municipal entity under the oversight of the Port St Johns Local Municipality.
The agency is governed by a Board of Directors. Currently, there are five board members and the following committees: Social and Ethics Committee, Human Capital and Remuneration Committee, Strategy Development, Governance and Investment Committee, and Audit, Risk and Performance Committee.
